Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• All original parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, packaging, and included materials must be present.
• Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that are incomplete, damaged after purchase, used, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

No Refunds on Blind Boxes or TCG Purchases

All blind box and Trading Card Game (TCG) purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Blind boxes and mystery products
• Individual trading cards
• Booster packs
• Booster boxes
• Elite Trainer Boxes
• Bundles
• Tins
• Preconstructed decks
• Starter decks
• Collector products
• Other sealed or opened TCG merchandise

This policy applies whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.

Other Final Sale Items

The following are also final sale unless otherwise required by law:

• Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
• Consignment merchandise
• Custom or personalized merchandise
• Made-to-order 3D printed or sublimated products
• Opened collectibles, figures, board games, or packaged merchandise
• Digital products or codes
• Event registrations or tournament entry fees after the applicable cancellation deadline

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item was damaged or defective at the time of purchase, or you received the wrong item from an online order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the item, packaging, and all included parts. We may need to inspect the merchandise or request photos before determining the appropriate resolution.

Manufacturer defects may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty or replacement policy.

Online Orders

For eligible online purchases, the return period begins on the date the order is delivered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped or the merchandise arrived damaged due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
